From M6 motorway to M55 motorway exit. From M55 follow the A5230 sign posted for Lytham St Annes and Blackpool Airport.Turn left off the A5230 onto the the B5261 sign posted Lytham St Annes. Turn right off the B5261 onto the B5233 (St Annes Road East).At second set of traffic lights turn left in St Davids Road South.Tudor House is number 32 on the right.
